1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the services and courses of IT PR College (itprcollege.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All educational material, course content, presentations, videos, practice exercises, texts, and any other resources provided through IT PR College (hereinafter, "the Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Luis Rivera and is protected by copyright laws.
The reproduction, copying, distribution, transmission, sale, or use of this material for commercial purposes or to be shared with non-enrolled third parties is strictly prohibited without the prior, express, and written consent of Luis Rivera. The user agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding course access and exclusive materials.
3. Disclaimer: Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
IT PR College teaches and encourages the use of modern Artificial Intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, among others) to increase productivity. However, the user understands and accepts the following:
- Technical Limitations: AI systems can generate incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-context information (commonly known as "hallucinations").
- Obligation for Human Verification: The review, analysis, and final verification of any text, decision, code, calculation, or data generated using Artificial Intelligence is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.
- Exemption from Damages: IT PR College and Luis Rivera assume no responsibility for errors in the workplace, data loss, economic damages, or legal consequences resulting from the direct and unverified implementation of results produced by the AI tools taught in our training.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform and courses only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the platform by any third party.
5. Modifications
IT PR College reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any controversy, claim, or legal dispute arising in connection with the use of this website, the acquisition of courses, or the violation of intellectual property rights described herein shall be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
The user expressly agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in the judicial district of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
